Made with gray stoneware. It is hand-thrown on the wheel and then hand-painted using non-toxic underglaze. The interior is glazed in smooth white, providing a contrast to the raw clay exterior. This item is high fired to cone 10 in a gas kiln, which enhances its strength and longevity. For optimal care, hand washing is recommended. Food and microwave safe.
